People and food are GOOD, I loved staying here.

We enjoyed staying here, the place met requests. Our room was warm and tidy on the upper floors and the English breakfast offered has a huge variety of dishes. An electric kettle and fridges were a huge plus.

Well priced place, had a very pleasant stay in this wonderful and prestigious hotel near to CBD. I liked my brand-new room and the pool was clean. The venue was set in the central position so close to central Nairobi and the city center.

Calm and stunningly beautiful hotel, the services were amazing, magnificent location close to the city center. No complaints, the venue met expectations.

Everything was really good, excellent service, unbeatable location so close to center, the city centre and banks. They provided lots of good choices for breakfast that was included. The property was pleasant and we had a fine stay.

I find the hotel absolutely charming, spotless and the staff is neat! It's reasonably sized with good beds and wonderful views.

Everything was fine, including staff and location, its excellent wi-fi. Loved the fact that check-in was easy. Besides, the parking was on-site.

Interesting place for staying in the heart of Nairobi. Non-smoking unit with a contemporary decor. Funny staff & was always available. The beach was wonderful. Such an excellent experience.

The stay was exceptional. The lobby was very friendly and spotless. Very pretty, enviable location just off major hospitals as well as bars. The staff was useful, efficient service.

Caring staff; friendly service; 0.5 miles from the airport. Ancient style hotel with antique furniture in the rooms. Breakfast was excellent, had awesome meals.

a nice size room, excellent base for stopover. hotel was spotless, the staff was amazingly nice. i found small china plate restaurant an easy walk to the venue. i had the brunch there. the pool was excellent and the garden — small.

i loved staying in a functional building. decent view, a tiny balcony, lovely bed, too. adequate breakfast, helpful service. main bar and good pool. cool hotel, 20 minutes' walk from the downtown.

It was a memorable stay, friendly place. Good bedrooms and a bright bathroom. The beds were cozy and the furnishings were traditional.

Views appeared to be awful.

Wi-fi signal was very weak.

It deserves its 4 stars. Favourable location, nice hotel, helpful staff. 15 minutes walk from central Nairobi. Thoroughly enjoyed the magnificent restaurant.

Suitable place for a holiday in Nairobi! Just walking distance from Slims Restaurant, where you can have lunch. We enjoyed staying at heron portico.
